If additional capacity or performance is required, we use our proven remote test and offsite capability. Our experience extends across many platforms including Teradyne, Agilent, Credence, Advantest, LTX, etc. In-House Platforms TestEdge has a Credence Sapphire D-10. A low-cost, high throughput test solution, the Sapphire D-10 is specifically designed to address the economic requirements of the microcontroller, wireless baseband, display driver and consumer mixed-signal device markets. Our system has 576 200 Mbps channels and a mix of high-density analog and mixed-signal instruments. The system is optimized for probe applications and supports massive multi-site final test. TestEdge also has a Credence Quartet. This platform has 384 high speed digital channels (up to 400Mb/s) with extensive mixed-signal capability from the audio range to 6 GHz. The Quartet is an industry standard mixed-signal tester used by contract test houses and fabless semiconductor companies all over the world. Using our Electroglas probers, all of our systems are wafer sort ready.
